The fund was set up by the CUL Decolonisation Working Group, and you can read about the objectives of the fund here. It is overseen in practice by the teams in the UL’s Collections and Academic Liaison department, who receive requests from faculty and departmental library staff for ebooks or print books (with the latter often then housed in the relevant faculty/departmental library) and from College library staff for ebooks. We look forward to receiving some more requests before the end of the 23/24 financial year.
